PMDT Across the Globe

PMDT provides products and services to customers all over the world. PMDT sales and technical engineers travel to visit customers and representatives, offering product demos, training, testing services, and more. Our engineers also travel to Trade Shows and Expos and communicate with local businesses to establish relationships in different markets and create business opportunities.  

PMDT in India [2020]

In Feb. 2020, PMDT’s local representative demoed PMDT’s advanced five-in-one PDetector testing on the Transformer of a local Power Company in India. The acoustic contact sensor was used to test on the tank of the Transformer, which is highly effective in testing and locating the abnormal signals. PMDT’s local representatives constantly stay close to the customers for local support and service!

PMDT in India [2019]

In Dec. 2019, PMDT technical engineers visited a very large refinery in India with many power assets, for product introduction seminars and product demonstrations. PMDT engineers demonstrated the PDetector on multiple Switchgear cabinets and Transformers. While in India, PMDT's team were provided many opportunities to talk with our representative and customers, to grow in relation and learn more how we can benefit each other.

PMDT in Sri Lanka [2019]

In Oct. 2019, PMDT's technical team conducted a PDetector training session for the customer, the National Electric Power Company in Sri Lanka who recently purchased the product. Training consists of in-class training as well as on-site demo and testing procedures on the Transformer.

PMDT in The Philippines [2019]

In Oct. 2019, PMDT's technical team conducted a PDetector training session for a customer, the National Electric Power Company in The Philippines who recently purchased the product. Training consists of in-class training as well as on-site demo and testing procedures on the Transformer and HV Switches in the substation.

PMDT in Vietnam [2019]

In Mar. and Apr. of 2019, PMDT's local representative hosted a seminar to the local Electric Power Company in Vietnam as well as conducted demo field online Partial Discharge testing in the substations. PMDT is proud to provide products and solutions to the local electric utility customers. PMDT and PMDT's local representatives constantly provide the best customer service and support to the local clients.

PMDT in Vietnam [2019]

In Apr. 2019, PMDT's technical team hosted several large-scale seminars to multiple major local electric power companies in the cities of Hanoi, Da Nang, and HCMC in Vietnam along with PMDT's local representative.  Customers have been paying closer attention to condition-based monitoring and continuously reliable asset management of their power systems. PMDT engineers were able to share knowledge with global applications and showcased the complete range of PMDT's product demo units to customers. 

PMDT in South Korea [2017]

In Sep. 2017, PMDT’s PD Expert tested for PD on the high voltage GIS in a substation in South Korea along with PMDT’s local representative. PMDT’s level 1 PDetector handheld partial discharge detector and level 3 PDExpert location system were used to test and locate the abnormal signals effectively.  

PMDT in Colombia [2016]

In Oct. 2016, PMDT's technical team conducted demo field testing on transformers in substations in Colombia along with PMDT's local representative. PMDT's Expert had great communication with the group of engineers and professionals from the customer regarding how PMDT's solutions can be of helpful to their condition-based maintenance programs.
 

PMDT in Vietnam [2016]

In Apr. 2016, PMDT's technical team conducted Online Partial Discharge field testing on Switchgear and Transformers in multiple 110kV substations in several cities in Vietnam along with PMDT's local representative.
PMDT's level 1 handheld PDetector, level 2 portable PDiagnostic, and level 3 PDExpert were used to test and locate the abnormal signals. Partial discharge was found on the Transformer 22kV cable termination and the MV Switchgear. The UHF PRPD PRPS spectrums and the ultrasonic waveform detected showed typical type of PD signal patterns. The level 3 PDExpert with an Oscilloscope was used to locate the PD signals utilizing advanced Time of Flight and Acoustic-Electromegnetic PD location technologies. 

PMDT in Vietnam [2016]

In Apr. 2016, PMDT's PD Expert conducted field testing on Switchgears and Transformers in substations in Vietnam and hosted a seminar to a local electric power company in Vietnam along with PMDT's local representative.
PMDT's Expert tested and located the PD signal on a Switcghear. The UHF sensor was used to test the Main CB of the Switchgear and the UHF PRPD PRPS spectrums detected and determined the type of PD was floating electrode discharge. PMDT's Expert provided maintenance suggestions to the customer.

PMDT in Switzerland [2016]

In Apr. 2016, PMDT's technical teams conducted field testing on Transformers and HV Switches in a substation in Switzerland. 
PMDT's products PDetector and PDExpert were effectively used during the Online PD testing. 

PMDT in Hong Kong [2016]

In Apr. 2016, PMDT's PD Expert hosted a seminar on the topic of "New Multi-Sensor Online Partial Discharge Testing Technologies for Switchgear and GIS" in the Hong Kong IEEE Chapter to a group of professional audiences in the power sector along with PMDT's local represenatative. 
PMDT's Expert had great productive technical discussions with the group of professionals in the power industry in Hong Kong and the seminar wrapped up with success.

PMDT in South Korea [2016]

In Jan. and Feb. 2016, PMDT's local representative conducted field testing on the Ground Switchgear Substation in South Korea. 
PMDT's advanced five-in-one handheld PDetector successfuly detected and located the PD signals! 

PMDT in Thailand [2015]

In Dec. 2015, PMDT's technical team conducted demo field testing in the substations as well as on the underground power cables in Thailand.
PMDT's Level 1 handheld PDetector and Level 2 portable PDiagnostic have been used for online PD diagnostic and location with approved outcomes.

PMDT in The Philippines [2015]

In Nov. 2015, PMDT's technical team conducted demo field testing on Switchgear and Transformers in substations in Philippines. 
PMDT's PDetector with UHF, AE, HFCT, TEV, and Ultrasonic sensors tested and located the abnormal signals effectively. The Ultrasonic Parabolic Sensor is also highly efficient to test the bushing of the Transformer and the overhead transmission lines.  

PMDT in Bangladesh [2014]

In July 2014, PMDT's PD Expert hosted a large-scale seminar to the National Electric Power Company of Bangladesh along with PMDT's local representative. A number of professionals and engineers from the power company attended the seminar. PMDT's PD Expert discussed with the customers about PMDT's advanced multi-sensor PD testing technology, PD diagnostic and location methods, and PMDT's Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 online Partial Discharge diagnostic and location solutions.

PMDT in Bangladesh [2014]

In July 2014, PMDT's sales team conducted field demo testing on GIS and Tranformers in multiple substations in Bangladesh along with PMDT's local representative. PMDT presented the advanced handheld five sensor in one PDetector to the customer.
